Hello everyone! Little update for you all, yesterday morning (Monday), I had my wisdom teeth removed! I was kind of annoyed because Wonder Week started on Sunday and I wanted this one to be a… More
Today I have a post that I’ve been thinking about making for quite a while now. There are always books that I see around that are incredibly hyped and well loved, but I don’t have the urge to read them, despite how much everyone loves them.
So here are the 5 books that I’ll probably never read.
Todays post is going to be a review for the novel Sleeping Giants! This novel is one that I’ve been meaning to read for quite a while, and when I saw it was available as an audiobook through my library I decided to just take the plunge!
Let’s get into the review!
The time has come for me to talk about a novel that I didn’t realize would ruin my life.
I’m not going to dilly dally during this intro, let’s just get into it.
I watched The Greatest Showman a couple days ago and fell completely in love. This movie was one that I was positive I was going to love, it just took me a while to get to watching it. I’m so happy that it was everything I wanted and more.
Alright, let’s get into it!
Today’s post is going to be a review for A Girl Like That by Tanaz Bhathena!
I’d like to thank Raincoast Books for providing me with an ARC for this novel! I really appreciate it!
Let’s jump into the review!
Today I have a guest post to promote StoneKing by Donna Migliaccio!
This guest post takes form as a short story.
I hope the some of you have noticed that recently I have done a total re-do of my blog. I hope you all love it, it’s something that I’m really enjoying right now. It’s still very precise and I have organized the title images by colours to correlate to different genre’s of post’s I make!
This post is going to be my March TBR and I will also be having an exciting announcement at the end of this post, so be sure to stick around for that!
Let’s get into it!
Wonder Week is back and better than ever (hopefully!). The last Wonder Week was sort of a fail, and I really hate how everything went down during that read-a-thon, so this time we’re going to make it amazing.
If you don’t know what Wonder Week is, it’s a read-a-thon I came up with last year! There is a post about it here explaining all the details and important bits that you need to know.
This read-a-thon runs off of a BINGO card as you can see from the intro post.
Here is this times BINGO card!
- Read books to create a line on the board
- You can create more than one line
This is a very easy read-a-thon that allows for a lot of variety in your reading, you don’t have SET books you HAVE to read, you can pick according to the prompt in the BINGO board.
Additionally, if you want to join in but not read every book in the line, you can also just join in and follow any prompt you like!
The goal is to read at least 5 books in the week that this read-a-thin takes place! Not too bad!
Like last time, I’m looking for bloggers to participate in the read-a-thon and host games on their blog! I will be running reading sprints on the Wonder Week Read-a-Thon Twitter!
If you would like to host on your blog, please email me at email@example.com with your blog link, your game idea, and the day that you’d like to host.
I can’t wait for this read-a-thon, I think it’s going to be loads of fun and I hope a lot of you guys can join in!
Thank you so much for reading.
Until next time,
Another month gone so quickly – I can’t believe how fast the year is going.
Small update for school: I only have about 2 weeks of sit in classes left and will be heading to one of my final practicums by the end of March – which I’m so excited about. Soon I’ll be done my program and be working as a nurse! I cannot wait.
Anyways, this post is going to be my February Wrap Up!
This month has been a pretty great reading month – I was able to read 8 books this month, which is amazing for me. Especially with how busy I’ve been this month!
I’m just going to jump right into the wrap up now!
Today’s post is going to be one that I should have wrote last week – but I got lazy and pushed it until the day before I wanted it up.
This post is going to be a book review for Time Bomb by Joelle Charbonneau!
I’d like to thank Raincoast Books for sending me this ARC for an honest review!
I hope you all enjoy!
