I’m Not Dying with You Tonight by Kimberly Jones and Gilly Segal Blog Tour

Hey everyone!

Long time no post….

I have a fun blog tour for you all today, and it’s for a book that blew me away and I’m sure you’ll all love!

I’d like to thank Raincoast Books for including me in this blog tour, I’m grateful as always that they thought of me!

Let’s get into it!

This book was extremely compelling and hard to put down. I loved how much there was to discuss and think about throughout the novel. The action made the pace go quickly for this novel and it made me feel as though I were watching a movie that kept getting better.

The characters in this novel were very hard not to get drawn into. They were interesting and very unique. It was cool to see the contrast between the two characters.

The fast pace of this novel didn’t leave much room for you to get bored or want more. It was constantly moving and left me wanting more at the end of each page.

The setting of this novel was also very interesting because we got to see these two characters maneuver around a neighbourhood and area they have spent so much time in. It was interesting to see them try to make their way home through streets they thought they knew so well.

This novel definitely covers some very important topics. It’s very vital that we as readers take what we’re reading and take it seriously. Of course more and more novels are coming out with similar plots where we read about the difference between white and black and the trials and tribulations black individuals go through that aren’t widely known.

I cannot recommend this novel enough. It will fly by when you read it and leave you with some really important concepts to think about!

Thank you so much for reading and don’t forget to follow me here as well as on my other social media sites!

Until next time,

Rimpy Toor
