Top Ten Tuesday ~ Best Covers

Hey everyone!

Welcome back for another Top Ten Tuesday post! I know I started this and then skipped a couple Tuesday’s, but I am back and ready to share!

This week I wanted to talk about my top ten favourite covers – that I’ve recently been loving!

Let’s get into it!

☼ Godsgrave by Jay Kristoff ☼
This series, Nevernight and Godsgrave, both have such incredible covers that really tell you a lot about the novels! There are little bits of the story dispersed throughout the cover and it is just as dark and badass as the book itself!

☼ Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi ☼
This cover is one of my favourites from this year. It is also very descriptive of the novel itself and the colours are beautiful against the black background. I really loved the novel when I read it, having a beautiful cover is just the icing on top!

☼ Night Film by Marisha Pessl ☼
This cover is one of my favourites because it’s incredibly dark and beautifully done. The colours and the image make the cover feel so haunting, which goes very well with the plot of the book. Additionally, the simple white font is perfect.

☼ To all the boy’s I’ve loved before by Jenny Han ☼
This cover is so pretty. It looks beautiful in pictures and on your shelf, plus it fits the books incredibly.

☼ The Martian by Andy Weir ☼
The Martian is one of my favourite books so obviously I also love the cover as well. The orange and yellow mixture on the cover really make you think of Mars and because they’re such vibrant colours, they look fantastic on your shelf!

☼ The Philosopher’s Flight by Tom Miller ☼
I got this book from my Book of the Month membership and I was so happy when it arrived. This book cover is so beautiful and photogenic, I always have the urge to take photos of it because it looks so pretty.

☼ Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan ☼
This is a new addition to my collection, and I couldn’t be happier about the story or the book itself. I loved this series so very much and watching the movie recently was such an incredible experience. Kevin Kwan did everything right with this book. It’s a beautiful book with a beautiful story and beautiful cover.

☼ When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi ☼
This novel is my favourite of all time, so of course the cover is also my favourite. I love the simplicity of this cover. It displays the title in such a pretty and pleasing way, but not overwhelming.

☼ Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss ☼
The special edition cover of this novel is one of my favourites because it’s so freaking beautiful. This entire book is such a masterpiece, so it’s nice for the outside to really match the inside!

☼ The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid ☼
This is also a new favourite for me. I recently read this novel and loved it immensely! Green is also one of my favourite colours so seeing as how this book is both green on the cover and green when naked makes it a huge favourite for me!

That concludes my Top Ten Tuesday for this week! I hope you all enjoyed.

Thank you so much for reading and don’t forget to follow my blog as well as my other social media sites!

Until next time,
