Black Panther

Hey everyone!

Today’s post is going up a bit later in the day, mainly due to the fact that I had a quiz this morning and studied until I fell asleep last night.

I was able to watch Black Panther yesterday evening, and I had the most wonderful time.

It was a movie that’d I’d been waiting for, and after seeing everyone’s reactions after watching the movie, I was exceedingly excited to watch this movie.

I’m just going to jump into the review now because I need to talk about it.

My Thoughts

This movie was incredible.

I definitely knew I would enjoy this movie a lot, so it was no surprise to me when I did.

This movie gave me insight into a culture different than mine and it was incredibly interesting to see how this different culture did things differently and the different values they might have had.

Another huge thing about this movie that I loved was all of the female empowerment and all the amazing female characters that we got to meet. It felt like these women ran this world and I was not mad about it.

It was very fun to see all of the action scenes, I felt like they were filmed in such a cool and intriguing way. I would say my only problem with one of the action scenes was that it was filmed at night and it was a bit dark for me to see everything going on, but that’s more so of a personal problem.

The action in this movie was very fun to watch. These actors/actresses did an incredible job performing in this movie.

Additionally, this movie had a lot of dialogue. There are movies in which I don’t like dialogue a lot, but this movie did it so well. The plot had so much information that was vital to understanding why something was happening, and it was interesting to see how everything played out.

I have to admit that there were times in which I found myself surprised with how a plot point played out.

Lastly, I’d like to give a shoutout to the soundtrack of this movie. They used music in such an amazing way throughout this movie and all of the music used fit so well. I know Kendrick Lamar played a large part in the music of this movie and I think that he did an amazing job. It was very fun to hear the music that went with different scenes and how they managed to make it fit so well.

All in all, this movie is amazing. Watch it.

That concludes my review for Black Panther.
